Do You Feel Like You Just Don't Have Time to Work Out? You're Not Alone and There Is A Solution!

The reality is that you don't have time to work out 6 days a week for 90 minutes, which by the way, is the current US government guidelines for exercise. Life is just too busy.

At one time, you may have run to get in shape. But as time went on, your feet, knees, hips, or lower back, or some combination of the four started to ache; or maybe you got plantar fascitis and were hobbled with foot pain. Then you had to stop and do something else that was in your mind, less effective.

You may have spent long hours in the gym--up to two hours a day, three to five days a week, because that's what the bodybuilding magazines told you had to be done to achieve "to look good naked." First you hit the weights, then you hit the cardio, just like the program told you to. However, the payoff doesn't seem to be there--you're not getting the results you want, your spouse doesn't understand why you spend so much time working out, and deep inside you know you need to spend more time with your kids.

You may have wasted countless hours counting calories and taking aerobics classes, only to be frustrated with your results--lots of pain and sweat, but little progress. Sure you may have lost a little bit of weight, but your shape didn't change, and you became a slightly smaller version of your former self.

Or maybe, you were a college athlete and life was pretty good--food, shelter, and most of your clothing was provided for you and your schedule was dictated to you. But now, life is so much different. You were in great shape then, but now you're not because you just can't spend the same amount of time needed to accomplish the end-results that you achieved in college. Your mind says you look and feel the same but your mirror and your body tell you otherwise.

So instead, frustrated, and not knowing where to turn, you do one of two things--the same workout you've been doing, not knowing exactly how to change it to get the results you once did when you first started it (which is better than doing nothing) or, you are just doing nothing because there is so much conflicting information "out there" that you don't know where to start so you shrug it off and say you'll get started later. The problem is, later hasn't come. The bigger problem is that unless you do something Now, "later" will never come.

What you need is a program that puts all the pieces together for you--the workout, the motivation, the lifestyle changes, strengthens your muscles, burns fat both while you're doing it and AFTER (most programs don't focus on this), strengthens your Core to protect your lower back, and is not only safe but therapeutic for your joints too.
