All Kettlebell Classes typically last an hour and are designed to accomodate all levels of kettlebell users.

KETTLEBELL BLAST

(You must take a JUMP START class in order to participate in these classes.)

Learn how to use your body and a kettlebell (KB) to burn fat and build muscle in minimal time—safe for the joints and builds tremendous functional core strength.

Designed for all kettlelbell levels-beginner to advanced. This class combines cardio, strength, and overall conditioning combining kettlebell movements, body weight exercises, ropes training, joint mobility, and core conditioning. This class will definitely meet your needs and desire to blast fat and build lean muscle. From stay at home mom to elite athlete, this class design combining ballisitics, and grinds that will take you to the next level, GUARANTEED! It’s a total mind and body workout! Prerequisite: Attendance to a Jump Start Class First

 

Advanced Kettlebell Class

This class is for those who have trained with kettlebells and are ready for more advanced kettlebell drills and body weight exercises. Attention to technique and form is critical. IUn this class, we’ll break down movememnts, paying lcose attention to form creating a much higher degree of body awareness. This class demands mental fortitude and complete focus on technique. The strength gains are immense and time efficiency of this form of training becomes apparent as the workouts intensify and are completed in shorter amounts of time. Prerequisite: Skills test with instructor’s permission.

 

ALL-LEVELS VINYASA YOGA

This flow yoga class is suitable for yogis of all experience levels. The instructor will lead students through a variety of standing, seated and inverted postures, offering a menu of modifications and amplifications along the way. Whether you are looking for a complement to kettlebell training or simply an energizing stress reduction tool, this class is for you.
